Con el Steez A II TW, DAIWA lanza al mercado un nuevo carrete de baitcasting "Hecho en Japón", diseñado específicamente para cargas elevadas y cebos de mayor peso. Este carrete es apto para cebos de entre 7 y más de 50 g y también está diseñado para su uso en agua salada. Sus rodamientos Magsealed y 9 CRBB, junto con su construcción lavable, garantizan una larga vida útil y resistencia incluso en las más exigentes condiciones de la pesca en alta mar. El nuevo concepto de diseño Hyperdrive combina una carcasa Hyper Armed resistente a la torsión que, junto con el engranaje Hyperdrive Digigear con dientes extragrandes en la rueda motriz, garantiza una fuerza de recuperación óptima y una gran resistencia. La palanca de rueda libre especial Hyper Tough Clutch está diseñada para que no se vuelque accidentalmente, incluso con lanzamientos potentes y grandes pesos. El soporte doble hiper en la caja de engranajes del piñón, con rodamientos de bolas a ambos lados del carrete, garantiza un mejor almacenamiento y una mejor transmisión de la potencia de la manivela a la rueda motriz. El ajustador de cero del freno mecánico del carrete está preajustado para distancias de lance óptimas (se recomienda no modificar este ajuste). El mecanismo de frenado es impermeable y todo el carrete se limpia fácilmente con agua tibia corriente.
