O novo design Airdrive abre caminho para a futura tecnologia de carretilhas da DAIWA e oferece uma suavidade e sensibilidade nunca antes experimentadas. Com o peso reduzido do rotor, da bobina e do arco, é possível obter uma rotação mais suave sem resistência inicial, garantindo um funcionamento otimamente fluido.
Design Airdrive e leveza
A 22' Exist é a primeira carretilha da linha DAIWA equipada com o mais recente conceito Airdrive. A redução do peso do rotor exige menos esforço para iniciar o giro, permite parada mais rápida e melhora a resposta em diferentes situações de recolhimento.
A espessura das paredes e o peso desnecessário da bobina Airdrive foram reduzidos — em combinação com o rotor e o arco mais leves, isso melhora o equilíbrio da carretilha e proporciona melhor controle da isca.
Airdrive Shaft e operação suave
Diferente das carretilhas de spinning convencionais, a DAIWA desenvolveu uma estrutura de baixo contato entre o eixo e o pinhão — o Airdrive Shaft. Essa tecnologia reduz o atrito e otimiza o funcionamento extremamente suave e silencioso.
O conceito Airdrive combina esses elementos, permitindo a construção de carretilhas de spinning extremamente leves e sensíveis.
Arco Airdrive avançado
O arco Airdrive é o próximo passo evolutivo no design de arcos e integra-se perfeitamente ao conceito Airdrive. A DAIWA desenvolveu um arco mais fino, porém resistente, que reduz ainda mais o peso na parte frontal da carretilha. Em comparação com a 18' Exist, o novo arco Airdrive é 33% mais leve.
Tecnologia Twist Buster III
A tecnologia Twist Buster reduz o risco de torção e emaranhamento da linha. Na 22' Exist, a conhecida Twist Buster II foi aprimorada para a construção Twist Buster III. O novo design reduz a compressão da linha durante o recolhimento, resultando em muito menos torção.
